LUCENA CITY — A pedestrian and a motorbike rider died in separate highway accidents Monday in Laguna province on Monday, police stated Tuesday, Sept. 20.
Emiliano Marasigan, 55, was crossing at 6:57 p.m. the nationwide highway in Barangay Del Remedio, San Pablo Metropolis when a tricycle pushed by Bobby Villanueva hit him, the Laguna police stated.
Marasigan fell on the highway, and a passing black sports activities utility car (SUV) ran over him.
The SUV driver sped off, whereas the pedestrian, who suffered deadly physique accidents, died whereas being taken to the San Pablo Normal Hospital.
