LEGAZPI CITY — Police arrested three drug suspect and seized greater than P100,000 price of “shabu” in buy-bust operations on Monday in Camarines Sur and Albay provinces.
Senior Grasp Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga Metropolis police spokesperson, mentioned in a report Tuesday, Sept. 20, Allan Velasco, 47, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. after promoting three sachets of shabu price P45,000 to an secret agent in Barangay Abella.
Authorities recovered 15 grams of shabu from Velasco.
