MANILA, Philippines — Three presidential and two vice-presidential candidates did not submit their Assertion of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) on June 8, the deadline for submitting.

Data from the Fee on Elections (Comelec) disclosed Thursday indicated that former presidential spokesperson Ernesto Abella, former protection chief Norberto Gonzales, and businessman Faisal Mangondato didn’t file their SOCE.

In the meantime, the vice-presidential candidates who weren’t in a position to adjust to the submission are pro-life advocate Rizalito David and economist Manny Lopez.
