MANILA, Philippines — Property developer Jose Acuzar took his oath Friday as secretary of the Division of Human Settlements and City Improvement (DHSUD).
President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. administered Acuzar’s oath on the Research Room in Malacaan Palace.
Acuzar is the brother-in-law of Paquito Ochoa Jr. who served as govt secretary through the administration of late President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
The brand new housing chief, who hailed from Balanga city in Bataan, was born on June 19, 1955.
He took up structure on the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
