UNITED NATIONS — U.N. Secretary-Normal Antonio Guterres stated on Wednesday he’ll launch a fact-finding mission into an assault within the front-line Ukranian city of Olenivka that killed prisoners held by Moscow-backed separatists.
Russia and Ukraine each requested an investigation, Guterres instructed reporters. He stated the phrases of reference for the mission, which would wish settlement from Russia and Ukraine, have been being ready.
